I can’t wait til May! I am pre-ordering for myself and my son. His will be a print out of the book cover which will be placed in his stocking! Thank you, Chris! There is not another writer whose work I enjoy more.
A few months ago, while out on a walk, I found Lamb in a Little Free Library. I didn’t want to carry it home, but I thought it looked interesting, so I took a photo of the cover with my phone. I kept thinking I should buy it and finally did. I’m nearly half through reading it.
I’ve read a lot of books in my life. This is one heck of a funny book, very odd-ball creative with many unexpected constructions that make me literally laugh out loud and say oh my God; it’s just so very deeply insightfully funny.
I feel like I did some decades ago when I discovered and read Tom Robbins’ Another Roadside Attraction, which began its life as an underground cult classic. On your website I learned that his writing was an influence on your writing. Makes sense. Now I want to read all of your books like I did Robbins’.
I lived in the Haight Ashbury in 1967-68. Thanks for writing.

Just started re-reading Sacré Bleu when this announcement dropped.
Excellent news – 2024 needed some cheer for a change. Roll on 2025.

Always grateful to have a new book from my favorite author to read 27 times before another one comes out. Thank you, Chris.
